MAINTENANCE AND URGENT REPAIR WORK CANNOT BE REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATION

As a customer, you have the right to cancel any work agreed with our company within 14 days of agreement. We ask that all cancellation request are recorded on our cancellation form. Any payments made will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Services that have been fully completed cannot be cancelled. If you wish to complain about a service, we ask that you send all details to us via email.

For services that have not been fully completed but requested to be cancelled, you must provided the cancellation form and we ask that you provide a reason for the cancellation. Unfinished services will be left at the current stage, and inspected to make sure there are no hazards.
